We are a full service caterer located in Yakima Washington, servicing all of Washington state. My name is Chef Ryan Mather and I am the owner, operater and pitmaster. We have been catering private parties and events since 2003 and have had tremendous response and enthusiasm for our slow and low memphis barbeque.
Our goal is to provide competition quality barbeque food for each event. All food is slow cooked over cherry, pear and applewood for 6-12 hours. All meat is cooked the day of the event, no reheated meat here! Satisfaction Guaranteed.

I had Ryan do a birthday for my wife and 40 guests on 8-17 -08. The temp got over 100 degrees and Ryan served us a meal that was fit for kings. I received nothing but compliments for my choice of caterers and took enough food home to share with friends.
