My name is Ryan Mather and I am the owner of Hog Wild Barbeque. In 2003 I started this company after spending 10 years as working as Executive Chef for of various restaurants in Spokane.
I love barbeque and bringing real Memphis Barbeque to the Northwest. Past clients appreciate the quality and professionalism we bring to each event. I do enter as many barbeque competitions as I can fit in my schedule during the summer. I will be at next years Apple Skewer here in Yakima competing and selling great barbeque.
I bring the philosophy of serving competition barbeque quality food to each catering event we do. We will do whatever it takes to make your special event memorable and successful!
